Problem Solving
We have remedied client problems with payroll, job costing, inventory, reconciliation’s, financial reporting, ales reports, estimates, accounts payable, account receivable, and more… Most issues involve an understanding of both the Peachtree program and the accounting and tax ramifications of the situation. Peachtree Setup
Converting your company’s books to a Peachtree product or starting a business using Peachtree requires expert setup. It is more cost effective to set up the company correctly from the beginning than to fix it after many transactions have been processed. Also, in order to be efficient and utilize the many time saving and business building features of Peachtree, the file must be created properly and users trained on its functions. Some of the key components of a properly configured system are: computer installation, chart of accounts setup, selecting appropriate preferences, customized invoices, item setup and use, back-up procedures and memorized profitability reports. As part of the setup, we provide one-on-one training on how to process the transactions in the way specific to your business and how to produce the reports you need.
