Q:What Software do we use?
A:At SMB Accounting Services, we have two software options for you to
choose from. QuickBooks and Peachtree are currently used. We use Peachtree in our office but you can choose from Peachtree or Quickbooks desktop OR Online (for you to access 24 hours a day).
Q: Do we do Taxes?
A: No, but we can prepare the necessary paperwork needed to give to your
Tax Accountant, so they can file your tax returns.

Is my information secure?

Q: What information do I need to provide to SMB Accounting Services to
start services?
A: When you sign up for our service, you will receive a new client
orientation packet, which will include a checklist of all information we
will need from you. Items needed vary depending on the requested
services bookkeeping or payroll processing.
Q: How do I know SMB Accounting Services will not raise my price after a
month or two?
A: We will sign a one-year price guarantee for the level and volume of
Bookkeeping service initially requested. Your rates will only increase
if you purchase additional services or increase the volume of
transactions that need to be processed. | |
